I am a relatively new customer to Kathy Clean and hope to be a long-time satisfied customer. First, everyone I have dealt with wants to do their very best -- from the office staff to the cleaners. They have told me on more than one occasion that they are there to serve me and they certainly mean that. They have worked with me to not only make sure I have the service I want but at a price I can afford. And, they are more than willing to make adjustments as needed. The actual cleaning is also very good and if I am even a bit unsatisfied with something (not very often), they go out of their way to make it right. All my cleans have been good but a big shout-out to Kaitlyn & Beverly who did an absolutely wonderful job on my last clean.
